Last updated: July 6, 2026
Grace Of God Christian Ministries ("GOGCM," "the Ministry," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information with care. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect through gogcministries.org and our related online services (collectively, the "Services"), how we use and protect it, when it may be shared, and the choices you have.
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Information you submit through contact forms
When you send us a message through the website, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the contents of your message.
Prayer request information
When you submit a prayer request, we collect the details you share, which may include your name, contact information, and personal or spiritual matters you ask us to pray about. Prayer requests are treated with pastoral confidentiality and are shared only with those directly involved in prayer ministry unless you clearly indicate the request may be shared publicly.
Account and login information
If you create an account, we collect information needed to establish and secure it, including your email address, an encrypted password, profile details, roles or permissions you have been granted, and account activity such as sign-in timestamps.
Online giving and payment-related information
When you give online, information necessary to complete your donation is collected and processed by our third-party payment processors. We may retain non-sensitive donation records (such as name, email, amount, date, designation, and transaction confirmation numbers) for receipting and recordkeeping. We do not store full card numbers or complete bank account credentials on our servers.
Livestream and media-related information
Worship services, events, and other gatherings may be livestreamed or recorded. Depending on how you participate, we may collect your image, voice, on-screen comments or chat messages, and technical stream metadata. If you upload media (such as photos, videos, or testimony recordings), we collect the file and associated metadata you provide.
Event registration information
When you register for an event, we collect the information required to process your registration, such as name, contact details, number of attendees, and any options you select.
Technical and usage information
We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit the Services, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring pages, pages visited, time spent, and general interaction data. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the Services.

How Information Is Stored and Protected
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions, audit logging, and vetted hosting and database providers. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or through the Services.
When We Share Information
Grace Of God Christian Ministries does not sell your personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances described below.
Service providers
We share information with trusted vendors that help us operate the Services — including hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, livestreaming, media storage, payment processing, and security providers — only to the extent necessary for them to perform those services on our behalf, and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Third-party platform integrations
The Services integrate with third-party platforms so that we can extend ministry reach and provide familiar tools. When you interact with these integrations, the applicable third party may collect and use information according to its own privacy policy.
- Facebook / Meta. We may use Facebook and other Meta products to livestream services, share content, run pages, and provide login or social features. Meta may collect information about your interactions with our pages, posts, videos, or embedded content.
- Google / YouTube. We may use Google services (such as Google fonts, analytics, or workspace tools) and YouTube to host and embed sermon recordings and livestreams. YouTube's embedded player may set cookies and collect viewing information subject to YouTube's terms and Google's Privacy Policy.
- Livestreaming providers. We use livestreaming and real-time media providers to broadcast worship services and events. These providers process stream metadata and, when applicable, participant audio and video.
- Payment processors. Online giving is handled by third-party payment processors that collect and process your payment details directly under their own privacy and security standards.
Legal and safety disclosures
We may disclose information when we believe in good faith it is necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms of Service, protect the rights, property, or safety of the Ministry, our members, staff, volunteers, or the public, or investigate suspected fraud or abuse.
Ministry transitions
In the event of a merger, restructuring, or transfer of ministry operations, information may be transferred to a successor entity that agrees to honor this Privacy Policy.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Services use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure the site, and understand how the Services are used. Some cookies are set by third parties, such as embedded video players or analytics providers. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining donation and giving records, resolving disputes, meeting legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations, and protecting the security and integrity of the Ministry. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on the use of your personal information; to object to certain processing; or to withdraw a previously given consent. You may also opt out of ministry email communications by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us. To exercise any of these rights, see our Data Deletion Instructions or contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding to certain requests.
Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental or guardian consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action. Photos or recordings of minors during ministry events are handled in accordance with our child safety practices.
Requesting Access, Correction, or Deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Follow the steps in our Data Deletion Instructions to submit a request. Some information may be retained when required for legal, financial, donation recordkeeping, fraud prevention, security, or regulatory purposes.
Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites and platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, the Services, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
